Omnivore Food Festival 2013
The gastronomic Omnivore Food Festival 2013 with the support of Beluga.
For several successive years we have been an official partner of the Omnivore Food Festival, one of the most famous gastronomic events on the International stage, this year’s festival ran from the 24th to the 29th of April.
Strelka Bar Terrace was chosen as the location for the event’s gala dinner. It was not by chance, the bar is well known and highly thought of amongst artists and business elite.
Elegant dishes and cocktails prepared by famed chef Yves Le Lay from Copenhagen won the hearts of gourmet enthusiasts. The young and talented maestro introduced Scandinavian cuisine to the Strelka bar and it was well received by the grateful Moscow community. Top chefs from France, Italy, Latvia and Belgium cooked at the Omnivore Food Festival. Throughout the event they dazzled guest with their culinary creations.
This year’s festival had an extra special feature in the form of some extremely talented cocktail mixers. The drinks made by them looked like works of art. Beluga was the main component of the cocktails. Due to its superior taste and elegant flavor, Beluga was an excellent component of everything created by the classy barmen that evening.
Omnivore Food Festival 2013 was visited by over 1,500 people looking to become familiar with gastronomic peculiarities. Premium Beluga vodka has been an integral part of the event for many years.
